Christine+Bruno.jpg

Christine Bruno is a jewelry designer who creates one-of-a-kind jewelry, using fabrication and metalsmithing techniques. She and her husband live in what once was the 1892 Casco Town Hall, in South Haven, MI. An additional building on the property houses their studios and gallery.

After over 35 years working as a graphic artist in Detroit and Chicago, Christine discovered jewelry design in 2000, and fell in love with the sculptural element of working with metal. Her inspiration comes from her equal loves of modern architecture and the awe-inspiring details found in nature.

Marketing her jewelry several ways, Christine exhibits her jewelry at Town Hall Studio Gallery, as well as LaFontsee Gallery in Grand Rapids. She can also be found at some southwest Michigan and Chicago Art Fairs and Events, check this site in late spring for her 2019 schedule, under the Events page.

Town Hall Studio is most weekends from May 4 through October 27, 11am - 5pm, (call 312-953-4442 to be certain we’re open). Also, open year round, call to make an appointment. Located at 327 Blue Star Hwy, South Haven, MI, the gallery also features the photography and encaustic paintings by Torry Bruno, and is located within an artist community, with neighbors Mark Williams of Blue Star Pottery and painter Suzi Lattner of Lattner Studios.
